NEW! Our Annual Membership Meeting Date will now be in Early October Each Year. (We will be voting on lots of issues this year, including the date change.)

This will be a meeting only. Our next social event will be a big Halloween Event! We need a quorum of 39 owner members to hold an official vote so PLEASE ATTEND! WE NEED EVERYONE.

We are planning another BIG Neighborhood event with costumes (optional), food, fun and lots of surprises in an outdoor setting.
