Our new features are up!

1. Current Residents: Create an account (email & password required)
2. Next, click the “Members Page” button at the top right of this page and add your Lea Manor address to your account. (required). On a cell phone, you’ll find it by clicking the menu icon (two bars) in the upper right corner.
3. Account holders can now access the HOA Members page!
4. There you will find features only available to our HOA members, including payments.
1. Residents NEW to Lea Manor must first register under the red “New Residents” button above before creating an account.
2. Then open the Current Residents drop-down above and create your access account, to access all our news and features.

Fall Dumpster Day

Saturday, September 26

One Day, 9 AM - 2 PM

Use of dumpsters is for residents only

If a dumpster is full, please go to another
Do not leave any items sitting on the street
NO assistance is available for unloading
Please load from the back to front (leave room for others)
Save all recyclable items, including boxes, for regular trash pickup day

Prohibited items include:

Appliances
Hazardous waste (paint, insecticides, oil, etc.)
Recyclables
Grass clipping and yard waste
CFL light bulbs
Computer equipment
Confidential files
Construction and Remodel waste

ANNUAL Members Meeting

NEW DATE!

After a lot of member input at our 2025 meeting, we moved our Annual Membership Meeting to early October 2026.

On October 6, 2026 we will be voting on lots of issues, including formalizing this date change, changes to our Bylaws, and Updates to Penalties for Late Dues. Please plan to be present and vote!

NEW LOCATION!:

REDBRIDGE Library Community Room, 453 Red Bridge Rd.

Time: 6:30-8:00 PM

Election of new Board members, who will begin their terms NOV 1.

This will be a meeting only. Water & Cookies provided. Our next social event will be a big Halloween Event!

We need a quorum of 39 owner members to hold an official vote so PLEASE ATTEND! WE NEED EVERYONE. (& thank you!)
